Working Principle:

After being processed by the front-end feeding and crushing equipment, the raw materials for brick making are sent to the upper mixing chamber of the double stage vacuum extruder. There, the materials are vigorously kneaded and mixed by the mixing blades, and then humidified and matured. The raw materials are then transported to the lower vacuum chamber, where the vacuum system completely removes internal air bubbles. A stable extrusion pressure of 2.5 to 4.0 MPa is applied by a high-pressure spiral auger to extrude the clay through the die head mold, forming it into regular and smooth clay strips.
